Two sites
I built this portfolio and the RoleReady site at roleready.me with Astro Static site framework. Mostly ships plain HTML. . Both are static, both deploy on Vercel, neither is a theme.
This site
manveerbhullar.com is Astro 6 and Tailwind 3. Dark theme only, colors as CSS variables. Writing and side projects sit in one Notes feed under src/content/work, rendered through a single post layout — this note included.
There’s also a resume page, RSS, OG images generated at build, cover videos on the cards, and a small GitHub contribution strip on the homepage. No React.

That one is Astro 7 and Tailwind 4. Still no React. Homepage walks through the product with a hero video, how-it-works clips, feature cards, pricing, and FAQ. Separate pages for features, personas, pricing, the extension, about, legal, changelog.
Shared layouts keep the feature and persona pages consistent. Playwright hits the main routes and nav. Behind the middle of the homepage, rows of job cards drift past on a CSS marquee: logos, titles, salaries, status. Same card component as the rest of the site, just quieter so it stays background.
Portfolio is still on Astro 6 / Tailwind 3. Marketing moved to 7 / 4. I upgrade them separately.
